All you want to know after receiving a stage hoist from a Chinese supplier
· Appearance inspection
1. Overall appearance of the product: whether it has been hit, resulting in deformation damage.
2. The hooks up and down: Whether the working conditions are normal, with or without collision deformation or overload deformation.
3. Chain: Check for if there is serious rust or serious damage in disguise.
4. Power cable; check the power cable for aging or damage occurred.
· Power operation monitoring
After the motor is connected to the power supply, press the operation method to use the power running, check if the motor is running normally, the chain and the chain is running smoothly, make sure there is no obvious increase in the noise or abnormal noise during the operation.
· Routine maintenance
1. Check the hooks up and down of the motor
Check whether the rotation of the up and down hoist hook is smooth. If the rotation is not smooth, timely oil lubrication treatment. Check whether the load-bearing pin and screw of the hoist's up and down hook have deformation, rust, screw loose situation, if such a phenomenon occurs, timely replacement, derusting, fastening treatment.
2. Check the chain
Please carefully check the chain to make sure if there is serious damage and deformation situation. if there is serious damage and deformation, the motor should be returned to the factory to replace the chain, forbidden to continue to use. If the chain rusty situation occurred, customers can purchase their own rust remover of 15-W40, spray evenly on the chain, and then use a cloth wipe it clean, finally covered with oilcloth smear it again in the chain, or buy special chain lubricants for chain maintenance. If the chain rust is serious, we recommended using a new chain. Please check every 10 chains for the right specifications of 7 * 21. It should maintenance with the chain lubricants after every 3-5 events of using the motor.
3. Check the oil hole
Check if there are oil leaks, please check the exact location of the spill and the severity of the spill. If it is the problem of oil leakage port, then replace the oil port plug can just be ok. If it is the phenomenon that the leakage of oil happens in the into and out the mouth of the chain, then the motor shaft seal wear, the motor need to be returned to the factory to be maintained.
4. Check all the screws on the motor
Please check if there is rust, loose phenomenon. If this phenomenon happens, please make a manner rust and fastening treatment.
· Mode hoist use note
1. If you use the motor after the rain, be sure to dry before storage.
2. Please make regular chain maintenance to enhance the chain life
3. Checking the chain before the operation to ensure that it is not hooked foreign matter, and the chain is running smoothly, also does not have a knot and dead buckle to prevent the occurrence of the chain stuck.
4. Try best to keep the chain clean.
· Maintenance method for the chain
Electric chain hoist
1. Wipe the water on the chain and motor clean.
2. Pour the lubricating oil on the into and out the mouth of the chain on the motor.
3. Start to operate the motor up and down to evenly smear the oil on the chain.
Manual chain hoist
1.Wipe the water on the chain clean
2. Pour out the chain lubricate oil to the cloth
3. Use the cloth evenly smear the chain
