??♂? Everybody today is focused on text-to-text AI models in the context of answering questions or generating content. When I ask someone how they use AI in their business, they show me some AI generator in Notion or one of the countless LLM models like ChatGPT or Claude to create content. However, generating content isn’t really about business (unless your business is infogypsy, SEO, or SMM, of course).
?? While ChatGPT is enough to generate personal content, it’s not sufficient for business. Smart business is about automation, not just generation. If you generate content for your business, it helps save time, but you’re essentially doing the job of an SMM or SEO manager, not managing the business itself.
???? Using AI isn’t just about giving prompts like “How to…”. It involves using machine learning algorithms to analyze your data (social activities, sales, stocks) to predict outcomes as an SEO assistant would — by providing strategic insights and THEN automatically generating and posting content after approval. That’s why many managers today believe that AI can’t really help generate GOOD content without people. They see its role solely in content generation and don’t understand the importance of analyzing real business data first, which could help your AI assistant generate quality content without human intervention.
?? It’s not about prompting “Answer to my customer…” — it’s about AI answering on your behalf on your website or through your messengers, based on your company’s specific data, qualifying leads, and integrating them into your CRM, like AozoraAI assistants.

It’s not about prompting “Help me with…” — it’s about AI support services in your company that can provide real assistance to your customers without tons of buttons or voice choices, recognizing the type of problem and redirecting it to the correct department in a specific JSON format for your internal processes.
?? ChatGPT can’t help you create a personal voice greeting for your customer based on their gender, age, or emotions when they pick up your product from the shelf. However, the DeepFace framework with the FaceNet model, combined with an LLM to generate responses and an XTTS-v2 model to convert text to voice, can do that (and by the way, it’s one of our current projects right now).
?? So, I believe Perplexity, Claude, or ChatGPT aren’t enough for business, though they are suitable for SEO/SMM tasks.
???? Additionally, I don’t think AI is currently capable of creating a masterpiece like a good book because it always builds on previous human works. To create a masterpiece, one often needs a “broken mind” like Van Gogh or Picasso, or to suffer daily, like 26-year-old John Keats, who wrote “Hyperion” and the great epitaph on his grave: “Here lies one whose name was writ in water.”
?? I believe that one day AI will be able to create a masterpiece when, as programmers, we allow it to make mistakes, just like humans do. Until then, AI can only replace average people, and it’s true that in replacing average people, its role is significant.
