Obesity has three classes, based on weight and risk factors. Here are they:

- class II (35 to 39.9kg) moderate risk
- Class III (equal or greater than 40kg) high risk
Causes of Obesity
There are multiple causes, and reasons for obesity vary from person to person. The common cause is unbalanced food intake. But, there are many other reasons too, which we are listing down.

Improper consumption of food or higher calorie intake is the fundamental cause of obesity. We never work on the balanced diet and portion control, ending up being obsessed. Increased energy-dense foods and low calorie-burning results in overweighing.
- Exercise
Due to lazy nature or longer sitting job shifts, we have an irregular or zero exercise routine. Whereas exercising is a must to stay healthy and fresh. Lower physical activities also cause obesity.
- Genetics
Some people have gifted obesity, which means they have it in their genes. Be it, slower metabolism, or no control over appetite, genetics plays an essential role in keeping you healthy.
- Diseases
There are multiple illnesses increasing risks of obesity, including eating disorders, genetics problems, hormonal imbalance, thyroid issues, etc.
- Lifestyle
Last but not least, your lifestyle plays an important role in maintaining your average weight. Many factors are affecting your health, including, how you eat, how you spend your day, what's your physical routine, how much calories you burn per day, and much more.
Risk Factors of Obesity
Obesity can invite many diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, breathing difficulties, early death, muscle, and joints problems, and many severe health conditions. Moreover, obesity leaves you lazy and tired all the time.
It is our duty, and a necessity of life to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Alternating our diet into healthy, yummy food, and working out for some hours, can help us achieve our goals.
