The default configuration for Power BI dataset is to wipe out the entire data and re-load it again. This can be a long process if you have a big dataset. Is it possible to enable incremental refresh just for PBI desktop and have full refresh when scheduled from PowerBI service??

You need to have a Power BI Premium capacity!!! Very very expensive!!! So, it's not really interesting

Thanks for a good articles again. I tried this few months back and was able to do the incremental refresh for sql but not odbc. The fact table I configured for odbc has date field but not detected as date field automatically, as result I have to made the data type change and then it seems query folding was inactive. Any idea if this is the cause make and any way to make it work?
