All about Women’s Day!

It feels immense pleasure to write about the amazing occasion of Women’s Day. Happy Women’s Day to all the Ladies reading this here. On this day, huge sentiments are expressed about the power of women and many proverbs and poems directed towards women. It is really nice to have a special day for women where they are glorified to a point of being honored, awarded, and appreciated. How about I take this opportunity to make you laugh a bit and bring out that smile on every one’s face.?

I always heard some men colleague or a friend asking why Women’s day celebrated and Not men’s day. Here is an answer, Women’s day is all about celebrating the struggle of women's rights in the economic, social, political, and cultural domain. It’s about reaffirming women's solidarity in the tussle for peace. And it’s about recalling what women have achieved in all these years with all the obstacles they had.?

In 1816 we found that women had no rights, and after 100 years in 1916 women fought for their rights, and now after 2016 Women are always right. Days are not far that men will starts celebrating Men’s day and they are already fighting for Men’s rights now.??

Men say they don’t understand women, I’m telling you people, women understand other women so well and maybe that’s why hate each other. If women ruled the world there would be no wars, just a bunch of jealous countries not talking to each other.?

An answer to the question what women wants – Career, men, money, children, friends, luxury, comfort, independence, freedom, respect, love and ……….etc. etc.. Forget it!!!?

Well my answer to it, I don’t mind living in a man’s world as long as I can be a woman in it.?

You might have heard about the famous saying Behind every successful man there is a Women which is revolutionized now to Behind every successful man there is a woman who is getting ahead of him. Beware! women are helpless only when her nail polish is drying.?

And Feminism! It is not about making the women stronger. Women are already strong. Its about changing the way the world perceives that strength. I believe that a gender equal society is the one where the word gender doesn’t exist; Where every one can be themselves. A feminist is any women who tell the truth about her life and stand up for herself.?

Jokes apart… to all the beautiful women out here, be original and always be the first-rate version of yourself instead of the second-rate version of somebody else. We always have that thin women inside us trying to get out and we shut them up with chocolates and Cheez. Beauty is about being comfortable with your own skin. It’s about knowing and accepting who we are. You don’t have to starve yourself to look gorgeous, or splash out plenty of money for weight loss programs.? Be fit, love yourself, rest of the world will fall in love with you automatically. For example, they show in movies that women who sport black clothing, wacky hairdo, tattoos and pull off crazy stunts are badass, but a woman dressed in a simple cotton dress can be a total badass in real life. Mother Teresa was one of those women. And Padma Shri Sudha Murthy is yet another name that goes on that list. Ms. Murthy is all women in one. She is a determined doer, a globetrotter, a resilient social worker, a brilliant engineer, a homemaker, an author and she keep adding more roles to her persona. She faced difficult choices when it was a man-only tech world.?

Where there is a woman there is a magic. So, let’s create that magic. When you see something beautiful in someone tell them it will create the positive vibes around you. As a woman you should encourage, support, and empower other women. Most of the problems will be sorted if we talk to each other and not about each other. Because when woman support each other, incredible things happen.?

Be difficult and strong enough to know your own worth. There is a saying that women are like a tea Bag. You cannot tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.
