ALL that is within me...

Keeping it Real (and simple)

Woke up this morning and took Moglee the dog for a walk.

We both needed it.

What a beautiful morning, cool, crisp and new.

I was feeling a little disconnected and weary from travel and life. I have the tribe coming for Thanksgiving, so there are things that need to be done, but I'm working on keeping it simple, staying in the moment, and understanding that there is no perfect, just the gift of being together, and that's enough.

Right? (says the life coach in me to the messy me, ugh, I can be so annoying)

As I was walking, I started singing that old hymn...

"Bless the Lord, Oh my soul, and all that is within me, bless his Holy name."

I smiled at the, "ALL that is within in me" part.

Isn't that the truth!

ALL that is within me... Yep, the messy, faithful, weary, disconnected, imperfect, beautiful, fearful, tried, grateful, fussy, hard on myself and others... parts.

Yes, I do want to thank him for seeing, loving and accepting the, "ALL that is within me", with his presence, goodness, sustaining grace, mercy, and most of all with his love.

Take time today to lift your face, breathe, and give thanks for that, "All that is within me" LOVE that is with you too~
