All Is Well

All Is Well

Life has a way of testing us when we least expect it.

Lately, Los Angeles has been through so much heartbreak—wildfires have swept through our neighborhoods, families have been displaced, and businesses have been lost.

Personally, I’m preparing for what could be three years away from the Palisades.

It’s a heavy time, and I know many of you are carrying your own weight of uncertainty.

In moments like these, when the ground beneath us feels unsteady, Louise Hay’s words offer a gentle reminder to pause and breathe:

All is well. Everything is working out for my highest good. Out of this situation, only good will come. I am safe.

These words are more than a reassurance—they’re an invitation to trust that, even in the midst of difficulty, there is a greater good unfolding.

They remind us that we are held, even when life feels overwhelming.

Louise Hay is Amazing

Louise Hay is one of my favorite teachers. She’s the publisher of Hay House Publishing and an author who shares her challenges, wisdom and joys.

She built her legacy by teaching people how to nurture themselves with love and the power of affirmations.

Her book, You Can Heal Your Life, has touched me and millions, inspiring readers to transform their lives by shifting their thoughts.

Louise believed our thoughts were like seeds.

The ones we water—positive or negative—grow into the gardens of our lives.

Her wisdom feels especially important now, as we navigate uncertain times and seek to create peace amidst the storm.

The Power of Our Thoughts

Louise also shared a beautiful metaphor:

“Imagine your thoughts are like drops of water. One drop by itself seems insignificant, but as you repeat your thoughts, those drops accumulate. A few drops become a puddle, a puddle becomes a pond, and eventually, a pond becomes an ocean. What kind of ocean are you creating? Is it cloudy and turbulent, or clear and inviting?”

This gentle question encourages us to look at the waters we swim in daily—the thoughts we hold, the stories we tell ourselves, and the beliefs we nurture. Are they calming and life-giving, or are they adding weight to an already heavy world?

Why This Matters to You

As entrepreneurs, our thoughts shape more than just our inner worlds; they ripple outward to our businesses, teams, and customers.

A clear and calm “ocean of thought” allows us to lead with clarity, make better decisions, and approach challenges with a sense of possibility.

When we consciously choose thoughts that uplift, we create a ripple effect that can transform how we navigate both personal and professional hurdles.

Creating a Clear Ocean of Thought

  1. Pause and Reflect Take a moment to notice the thoughts you’ve been holding. Are they helpful, or are they creating turbulence?
  2. Replace Negative Drops For every thought that feels heavy or limiting, gently replace it with a lighter, kinder one. For example, “I’m stuck” becomes “I’m finding my way.”
  3. Practice Consistency Remember, change takes time. Each day, repeat affirmations like Louise’s to slowly but surely clear and calm your ocean.
