Before I started getting serious results I was listening to what every friend, magazine and random YouTube video was telling me.
Everybody had an opinion, they all conflicted with each other and were all 100% wrong for me! I can’t get the time back but I can save you from making the same mistakes so you can build a body you truly love.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Learn how to lift weights properly and get Strong AF! Stop being scared of rest days they are essential for growth!
2. Measure your success on how you look and feel (the only number that matters is on the platform)
3. Eat the delicious foods you love everyday and balance them out with more high nutrition foods 80% of the time.
4. Track your food if you want to get leaner but DO NOT eliminate food groups and live in a calorie deficit.
5. SCREW CARDIO! It’s not essential to reach your goals so If you don’t enjoy it than leave the running and salad eating to the rabbits.
