All Together Now

I had an impromptu kind of week off last week, having said that my week off still involves 2/3 Zoom meetings a day, some sales coaching and I was dog and dad sitting for my husband's dad and their dog!

However I didn’t deliver any training so I had the head space to really plan the next training days.

When I’m delivering back to back (2 days this week including travel to London, 3 days next week), it’s a military operation to ensure everything is prepared and ready for the client.

I couldn’t do it without my team.

In celebration of all things team, I’m running a fantastic day today on creating a team charter for a client.

We will celebrate their individual superpowers, embrace each others differences, identify their Belbin team roles and how that impacts the teams success.

Then this afternoon we are going to create the teams core values as well as a vision/purpose statement.

I can’t wait to get stuck in and create a positive environment for them.

Just like me and my team we have to be in it together to make it work.
