All Politics Is Loco

Many of my friends are asking where's the Democratic Party? Why aren't they loudly leading the opposition to trump and his trumpanzees?  Well, the leaders of the party are worn out. They're old and tired. Their Depends runneth over and they take too many naps. But the future of the country doesn't depend (there's that word again) on them. No, the system that will save us is the one working right now, today in every state and congressional district in the country. It's not getting a lot of attention because the national news media is not interested. What's going on, you might ask.

Newly hatched and born-again Democratic candidates in each state are kicking G.O.P. a.s.s. You have to do the research yourself, but the good news is out there getting better every day and it's only June. And the energetic Dems running for re-election in close districts in Congress are too busy campaigning to spend much time in front of a Steadicam.  

That's not to say that we who are paying attention can be complacent. We can't, but we each will have to do what we can. Understand that I am a registered independent, but I'll be working for the Dems this year in ways I never have before. Example A, I'll be driving registered Democrats to the polls on Election Day for starters. I'll think of other ways to help, too. I'm very creative!
