There are many “life situations” that can stop your body transformation progress because they spill over into eating/exercise decisions and lifestyle practices…..
When you're trying to transform your body, the "all or nothing" mindset doesn't work long-term.
You can't be in an "everything is working" mode all the time.? And, you are NEVER at a point when "nothing is working," although it may seem that way.
The "all or nothing" diet mentality can leave you frustrated and/or feeling defeated.
There's a better way.....a way that can work for you, instead of against you.
???Sit down and make a priority list based on a few simple questions like these:
???What is most important to you?
???Is sleep quality/quantity a major issue for you??
???Are you eating well, consistently??
???Are you exercising/staying active as frequently as you need to be??
?? Then, start to do these type things a little better each day:
? Work your dietary preferences into your eating plan. You are more likely to consistently eat nutritious foods you love. If you can't stand eating eggs or fish, there are other choices. And, if you have food intolerances, work around it.? Eat the nutritious foods you love most of the time.

Your "dietary preferences" mindset will make a huge difference in your health, mood and energy!
? Know your body type. It’s important to portion size meals according to your body type.
? Your budget matters. Food prices are ridiculous these days! It's still less expensive to budget and buy groceries using your list.? And, you feel more in charge of your health.
? What's going on in your life? Do you travel often for work? Work remotely?? Looking for work?? Have a family to feed?? Trying to get back in shape?? Eat at a restaurant for every meal?
You can fill in the blanks. There's always something going on in all our lives.? Control what you can, the best you can. Start by eating more nutritious foods you love, more often.
? If it's working, keep doing it! Keep doing the nutritional practices that work for you.? If something's not working or it used to work, make changes.
Life situations change us and sometimes change our appetites and food preferences.
You might need a new start, new ideas and fresh menu choices (eating can sometimes get boring).
Individualize your own body transformation path, your way, and in a way that is doable for you.
Keep eating better and moving more!
