EPIC Online Technology Meeting on Sea Exploration and Oceanography
We announced our participation in the EPIC event dedicated to Photonics for sea exploration and oceanography! Claire GUYONNET and Julien Crouzilles will present our fiber-optic solution for underwater wire-guided vehicles: a fiber-optic spool directly mounted onto the vehicle. A mini-ROV equipped with our spool would make it possible to reach hard-to-reach places.

The KTRAV-T12 “CF and KF vacuum?polarization-maintaining?fiber optic feedthrough with adapter interface” FC/APC or FC/PC is a?multichannel?feedthrough. It is available with either a?KF flange?for high vacuum applications or a?CF flange?for ultra-high vacuum applications down to 10-11 mbar.
