The restaurant industry is a notoriously difficult one. That didn't deter Sorrento Italy native Rocco Cadolini, who has owned and operated?(along with his wife Stacy) the renowned "ROC" Restaurant for the past 20+ years
The 1st?17 years ROC was located in Tribeca- quickly becoming a neighborhood staple for celebrities and locals alike due to the authenticity of both Rocco and his food.
?Astronomical rents and too many regulations for a small business owner gave Rocco the idea that it would be better to purchase a building to operate ROC- so that he did.... in Louisville, KY...... (where his in-laws were located)....he has been providing happiness and fine cuisine to the people of Louisville for the past 6+ years
He and Stacy are also the owners of Baci & Abbracci Ristorante Pizzeria in Williamsburg Brooklyn
