I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard, “My hormone blood tests came out normal but I have all the symptoms and I’m still fat.” Let me explain something.
Rarely are the relationships between the hormones looked at. For instance, if the glands overproduce their stress hormones, the important fat-burning hormone— growth hormone—can be suppressed.
Most of the thyroid hormone activation occurs through the liver, so a person with thyroid symptoms could have a normal thyroid function, but has a liver damage…the person was on medication for years for the thyroid issue, but the gland was working perfectly. The culprit is the Liver. This happens when we do not try to see the co relation of the glands.
Do you know, the liver has to be 90% damaged to be detected in a blood test.
So, if you are facing health issues, and all your tests are showing normal condition…request your doctor to evaluate you in a much broader sense. All the glands are basically interconnected, and a holistic approach is required for proper diagnosis. That's why its always suggested, not to work on symptoms..look for the cause and work into it for improvement.
It must be firmly realized that the motive of this article is to impart knowledge and education of the science through which our body works emphasizing mostly on the fat burning effects of hormones through food and exercise. I believe, it is important to inform people , t6he way their body works.
Excess fat is just a symptom, its simply like the tip of the ice berg, not the actual cause. Yes, all of us have been trying to solve the wrong problem.
Have you ever tried to solve the wrong problems of yours ??? This leads to wasted time and energy..with no results !!!
Next few articles would be based on dealing with this problem.
