If you wanna fire that turd of a client because [INSERT LITERALLY ANY REASON]...?

… please do it. For the children.?

If you want to slow things down, work 3 days a week, and spend the other 4 kayaking the Rogue River...?

… for the love of all that is holy just do it.?

Tell stories when you write copy. Keep it short. Make it long. Cry in online videos. Don’t cry. Connect. Stay unreachable. Use books. Don’t use books. WHATEVER.?

All that stuff doesn’t matter.?

What matters is:?

Are you running the business YOU want to run??

Because here’s the bad news:?

If you aren’t, it won’t change itself. It’s not gonna magically become your dream business. You have to actively fight against the forces of business nature which are constantly pulling you towards mediocrity, sameness, boring, and copycat strategies.?

It’s not just good life advice, it’s incredible business advice.?

I can promise you that if you just posted one true thing every day this week to your email list or social or wherever people follow you…?

… you’ll have more success this week than you’ve had in a while.?

It’s not easy.

It’s certainly not the safe thing to do.?

But if you do it, you’ll love it, and you’ll be one step closer to having a business that is truly yours.?

This is YOUR business.?

Remember, when the tax man wants his money he comes looking for YOU not everyone else. Keep that in mind. This is your thing, all of it.?
