All about logos!

All about logos!

A logo is a symbol that makes us identify a brand. That same logo can be an emotion for us or a way for the brand to illustrate its values and beliefs. Let's look at some iconic logos and its design strategy.

Amazon- The Amazon logo's arrow design has more purpose than just a smile. The logo helps them communicate that they are a reliable, amiable corporation. The arrow under the brand name from A to Z is to show that they are here to help us with everything and they actually mean it!

McDonald- Yellow was chosen for the McDonald's emblem because it is a happy color. It is clearly visible both in the day and at night. Additionally, psychologists claim that the combination of red and yellow increases appetite.

KFC- Crispy fried chicken and sumptuous dining experiences are now synonymous with the logo, which features Colonel Sanders' distinctive face and a bold red and white color scheme. Even with the modifications, we can still see the familiarity in KFC's logo with the first one.

Jaguar- The sleek and quick jaguar which symbolizes?captivation. It shows?transition, adjusting to the dynamic terrain of consumer preferences and branding aesthetics. It combines performance and luxury, winning over auto enthusiasts worldwide.

Adobe- A sense of power and dependability is conveyed by the strong form of the "A" design and its prominent lines. The letter's concise, plain format demonstrates our dedication to providing our clients with trustworthy, clear answers. The red signifies passion and white signifies clarity in the logo.

Bentley- Bentley's logo is traditional, easy to read, and has a clean typeface, so it is very readable. The letter B stands for bravery, beauty, and benevolence, and the wings stand for mobility, speed, freedom, and power.

Marvel- The characters used are big, bold, and closely spaced in certain places, their lines even overlapped. The wordmark is colored white, and the red rectangle background behind it completes the color scheme of white on red. The design has been such a massive success that it even represented the entire Marvel group, before it was sold to the Walt Disney Corporation.

Instagram- The logo is vibrant and simple. We have seen how the logo has changed over time, but the camera has remained constant. The logo is a huge success however, we do not mind a revamp now.

All the above brands have constantly modified their logos, keeping some of the traits from the past design. All the brands have focused on what their company has to offer to people and what they believe in! The same has been represented in their logo. The strategy behind designing a logo should be to keep it simple and significant. Additionally, it should tell a story, so designers grab a pen and paper and start jotting down what your client's brand represents.
