IT IS ALL ABOUT LEADERSHIP
“Leadership is about the Future, and the Future is about Change”.
Some believe leaders are born, others believe that leaders are made, then some believe that leaders can be both born and made. The truth lies somewhere in the middle. Leaders are born with the instinct to lead, and they develop as leaders over time via theoretical training and actual work experience.
New leaders must embark on a mission to develop their leadership capacity through a continuous learning process. They must seek opportunities to learn about leadership and their capacity to lead by working in organizations that are willing to provide them the opportunity to grow and flourish into effective leaders. Leaders have both the opportunity and the responsibility for delivering essential products, and services and creating a vision and appropriate goals to achieve that vision designed to move the organization forward in a dynamic environment where change is a constant.

In this 21st Century, leaders must expand their acumen by embracing dialectic theory and improving their relational behaviors, as they seek to establish relations among their followers and other stakeholders outside the organization. These relationships are built through dialogue and ongoing discussion about important issues that have an impact not only on the organization but on the community and business environment that they are a part of. Because they are responsible for the organization’s future success, these leaders must work to identify, develop, and help cultivate future leaders and concepts through a combined system of dialogue, discussion, nurturing, and learning, all of which have a positive influence on organizational growth. Nothing exists independent of its relationship with others.? It is well documented in the last decade that both scholars and practitioners have acknowledged dialectical relationships are essential in organizations.
