All I Want for Christmas is 10X

All I Want for Christmas is 10X

1.??????? Set a 10X Goal

Number goals are easiest to set.

But the 10X could be a major health goal, adventure or experience.

Remember, the real goal is never money ?

Money is never enough.

It might be the freedom it brings.

2.??????? Daily 10X Manifesting Practice

Your subconscious will not let you follow through

Until the images of 10X feel normal.

This takes reps.

Consider my Manifestor’s Club which is created to help cement this.

3.??????? Get Increasingly Curious About How to 10X

As your subconscious comes on board,

It will want you to work on different ways to 10X.

Avoid pressuring yourself with an instant ‘how.’

Instead, let your curiosity explore options.

4.??????? Muster the Courage

Good news: You have the ability.

You will think of a 10X that’s possible for you.

Bad news: You may lack the courage.

Growth and comfort zone cannot coexist.

5.??????? Focus Increasingly on Your Top 20%.

You cannot grow big if you focus on the smaller stuff.

How can you grow more of your top 20%?

How can you be 10-20% better (or different) to get 10X results?

6.??????? Delegate or Shed the 80%

Who can help?

7.??????? Obsess Increasingly About the Quality of Your Work.

This allows you to develop your zone of excellence.

It also helps you feel ever less like you are competing with anyone.

When you have a culture of excellence, you attract team members who want this too.

Focus on the few things versus the many.

8.??????? Focus on What You WANT versus What You Need

This significant mindset shift (and the remaining points) come from

Dan Sullivan’s “10X is Easier Than 2x”.

People can sense neediness.

Your energy level will rise when you focus on wants.

This leads to increased flow and creativity in all you do.

9.??????? Focus on WHO can help versus what you NEED

This puts you in a resourceful mind frame

And helps you stay away from a state of fear.

10.? See Wealth As an Infinite Resource (money is finite).

Choose freedom over security (what you want versus what you need).

Don’t compete for limited resources.

11.? Measure Progress Backwards

Don’t measure the gap between where you are and where you want to be

(It’s easy to get demoralised because the horizon is always a long way away)

12. See Yourself as the Buyer versus the Seller

Selling can come from a place of need.

You might feel obligated to contort yourself to fit someone else’s parameters.

When you’re buying, you know exactly what you want.

You decide yes or to walk away and both are fine.
