This month we’ll tell you the latest features we have launched. We have also improved the existing features with better functionality and technology. In total, with the new and updated, we have launched 15 features.?

  1. Return Trip

Return Trip is a new feature that lets your customers easily schedule a return journey when they book a ride.?

When a customer books a ride, they can now select an option to schedule their return trip as well. It’s simple, convenient and allows them to plan both trips at once.

This feature is especially useful for businesses focusing on airport transfers or corporate clients who often need round-trip services.?

It makes the booking process smoother and more efficient for your customers, enhancing their overall experience.

2. Incentive for Drivers

The Incentive for Drivers feature rewards your drivers for their performance with extra earnings.

Drivers earn incentives based on their performance, such as completing a certain number of rides or receiving high customer ratings. The extra earnings go directly into their digital wallet within the app.

This feature motivates drivers to provide excellent service because they know their hard work will be rewarded.?

3. Nuibiz Payment Gateway in Taxi Web Booking

We’ve integrated the Nuibiz payment gateway in the taxi web booking. Now your customers can pay easily online for using the taxi service.?

By offering more payment options, you can increase the chances of customers completing their bookings. This flexibility can lead to more satisfied customers and higher booking rates.

4. Operator Panel (Upgraded)

The Operator Panel is the hub where your team manages all bookings and operations, and we’ve just made it better.

The upgraded panel now includes improved tools for generating detailed reports and managing important documents, all within a more intuitive interface.

With these improvements, your team can manage the day-to-day operations more efficiently.

5. Corporate Property Selection

This feature allows corporate clients to select specific properties (like company offices or hotels) when making trip requests.

When making a trip request, corporate clients can now easily select from a list of pre-defined properties, making the booking process faster and more straightforward.

This feature simplifies the booking process for corporate clients and makes it more tailored to their needs. It’s especially useful for companies that regularly book rides from the same locations. This enhances their overall experience with your service.

6. CKEditor Replaced by Kolkov Editor:

We’ve replaced the old CKEditor with the new Kolkov Editor to improve how you manage content within the software.

The Kolkov Editor offers a more user-friendly interface, making it easier to create and edit content, such as messages, descriptions, and other text-based elements within the system.

This change means you’ll have a smoother experience when managing content. The new editor is designed to be more intuitive and helpful so you get things done faster and with less hassle.

7. Zone Extra Charges

This feature is designed to set extra charges based on specific zones or areas. Admin can decide whether these extra charges should be paid by the driver or the company.

This feature helps you better manage pricing by adjusting it according to the specific needs of different zones.?

If certain areas require more driving time or have higher demand, you can set prices that reflect these conditions. It also ensures fairness and profitability.

8. Send Request

The system can now automatically send trip requests to drivers for scheduled trips and also ask them to confirm if they can take the trip.

This feature ensures that trips are assigned quickly and efficiently while reducing the chances of delays or missed bookings.?

It streamlines the process and make sure drivers are available & ready to go when needed.

9. Authorizer Changes

Admins can now assign specific employees as authorizers. It allows them to see only the trips they are responsible for.

Admins can now control who sees what by designating certain employees to view and manage only specific trips, ensuring that sensitive information is kept secure.

This feature improves security and management by restricting access to authorized personnel only.?

It also help to maintain privacy and ensures that each employee only sees the trips they need to manage. This reduces the risk of errors.

10. Notification Changes

The Notification Changes feature ensures that all drivers, whether they are free or occupied, receive important notifications.

No matter if a driver is currently on a trip or waiting for the next one, they will now receive notifications about new trips, changes, or updates.

This keeps all drivers in the loop while improving communication and coordination. Better-informed drivers can respond more quickly to changes which leads to smoother operations.

11. CSV Import

Admins can now import multiple data types, including trips and wallet transactions (top-up and withdrawal).

Instead of manually entering each piece of data one by one, admins can now upload large amounts of data all at once.?

This feature saves time and reduces errors by allowing bulk data uploads. It’s especially useful when dealing with large amounts of data while making management more efficient and less prone to mistakes.

12. User Migration to React Native 74

All clients using Yelowsoft’s mobile app will be upgraded to the new Android version 74, which is built using React Native technology.

The new version will be automatically rolled out to all users. This ensures they benefit from the latest performance and security improvements.

Upgrading to the latest version means that your app will run faster, be more secure, and offer a better user experience.?

13. Prepayment Integration (Wallet+Card)

We’ve integrated Stripe’s prepayment option. This allows your users to pay using both cards and wallets.

When booking a ride, customers can choose to pay partially with their wallet balance and the rest with their card, offering flexibility in payment options.

This feature enhances the customer experience by providing more ways to pay.

14. Stripe Connect

With the Stripe Connect feature, drivers can now transfer their earnings directly from their Yelowsoft wallet to their personal bank accounts.

This feature simplifies how drivers get paid. It gives them quicker and easier access to their earnings. It’s a straightforward way to ensure that drivers are happy and financially secure.

15. Flutterwave

Yelowsoft has upgraded the Flutterwave payment gateway, a popular payment processing system used in many regions.

The upgrade means that payments processed through Flutterwave will be faster, more secure, and more reliable.

This enhancement ensures smoother and more reliable payment processing for your customers.?
