WALKING IS THE NEW WONDER DRUG!
??Have you stopped your exercise routine during Covid?

You’re not alone. Many people have the same problem, and I am having the same problem too.
But I recently read a new article about walking as the new wonder drug and the information is enlightening!
If you want to get healthy or stay healthy, there is one easy activity for – walking.
"Walking is the closest thing we have to a wonder drug,” says Thomas Friedman.?Friedman is the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States.
There are a lot of benefits -- walking lowers your risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.?But many other studies have found that walking benefits the body and mind in other ways.
For example, regular brisk walking can help you: keep a healthy weight, improve your mood, sharpen your mind, keep your joints healthy and improve your creativity.
In addition, walking:
1) improves your mood
2) improves your health
3) it’s low impact on your joints
4) it’s easy and no equipment is required
5) it’s free
6) can be done anytime, anywhere
