This month we launched a full suite of features for Job Seekers, to support you throughout your journey.

The AI Job Advisor includes a Career Advisor, Interview Preparation, and Questions.

Want to go from Sales Assistant to Head of Marketing? The Career Advisor will show which skills to enhance, courses to take and how to answer potential questions at the interview, based on your experience.

Employers you can now add potential interview questions to your Job Ads??

Providing interview questions beforehand helps candidates prepare better, reducing stress and showcasing their true abilities.

Your AI Job Ad Writer will also detect possible questions and guide you on which ones to include in your post.

And why should you do this?

It promotes fairness and transparency, ensuring a more accurate assessment of skills. Plus, it fosters a positive candidate experience, reflecting well on the company and attracting top talent.

DE&I Breakfast with Equitas in Belfast

Minorities Recognition Awards NI

We were invited to attend an excellent training day at Ulster University hosted by MRANI and UU Bame Network. The focus of the day was Talent Development.

Supporting minorities in Northern Ireland to unlock their talent and provide confidence in their skills, experience, and ability to grow their careers.
