In the realm of automotive acoustics, AAC set up a state-of-the-art 7.1.4 listening room at the event, showcasing its self-developed advanced automotive audio algorithms such as Independent Sound Zones, NLC PRO (distortion suppression), Audio Track Separation, Virtual Surround (Plus), Virtual Venue, and 3D Chime. In collaboration with Premium Sound Solutions (PSS), a world-leading provider in acoustic components and sound systems, AAC has presented an array of top-tier offerings, including automotive speaker products and solutions, which garnered significant attention.


For automotive haptics, a seat demo with the RichTap haptic seat solution made its debut, allowing attendees to experience its capabilities. This solution integrates AAC’s haptic and acoustic technologies to enhance driving alerts, entertainment, engine simulation, and meditation experiences. Additionally, AAC introduced the RichTap automotive haptic solution, smart surface solution, and high-performance linear actuator array products, adding a touch of technology and aesthetics to smart car cockpits.


In automotive optics, AAC showcased its complete lineup of lenses and camera modules. This includes those for intelligent driving applications like ADAS and surround view, as well as those for intelligent cockpit features such as DMS and OMS. Key innovations in haptics include the RichTap AI vibration recognition solutions, RichTap smartwatch solutions, and RichTap side key solutions, which deliver an integrated and high-quality haptic experience for users. The event also featured advanced actuator products designed for devices like foldable phones, such as the ultra-thin X-axis linear actuator and the ultra-narrow X-axis linear actuator. Notably, AAC launched its smallest yet high-performance linear actuator. The exclusive WLG products are known for their precision, stability, and scalability for mass production. They encompass a variety of glass lenses, including aspheric lenses, aspheric prisms, lens arrays, and cylindrical lenses. The showcase included the WLG 1G6P hybrid glass-plastic lens, large-aperture high-resolution lenses, 200MP 7P main camera lenses, and various OIS modules (large sensor, three-axis closed-loop, 200MP), all of which have been successfully mass-produced. This highlights AAC’s leading expertise and diverse solutions in lens and camera module manufacturing. Additionally, AMOT, a new subsidiary of AAC Optics (formerly CDA), exhibited a range of diffractive optical elements and AR-HUD light diffusers suitable for automotive, robotic vacuum cleaners, projection, XR, and other fields.

In the microphone sector, AAC highlighted products such as the 70dB+ high-performance analog microphone, Windtalker digital microphone, bone conduction microphone, and hearing aid microphone. For MEMS speakers, the SOPRANO PRO made its market debut, featuring a smaller size and improved performance compared to the previous models. The VACC product also made its debut, known for its low noise and high integration, making it suitable for TWS and automotive road noise cancellation systems. Additionally, the showcase included high-precision barometric and waterproof pressure sensors, as well as combo units that integrate analog/digital microphones and pressure sensors, along with a full suite of RF modules. These offerings underscore AAC’s ongoing commitment to enhancing user experiences across various fields, including consumer electronics, automotive, smart wearables, robotics, and IoT, by delivering advanced intelligent sensing capabilities across different scenarios.


Top Precision Manufacturing Products Unveiled, Setting New Standards for Thinness and Efficiency

AAC has unveiled thinner, more efficient, and robust cooling and hinge products at the event in the precision manufacturing sector. These innovations are tailored for a variety of devices, including tablets, smart wearables, laptops, and smartphones with different folding types such as up-down folding, left-right inward folding, and left-right outward folding. They enhance the compactness and better user experience of smart devices.

The cooling product highlights include VC LHP(Looped Heat Pipe)technology, dual-chamber 3D SUS VC, and FCCL VC technology. The VC LHP technology employs a gas-liquid separation channel, enabling a Smooth circulation of unidirectional thermal conduction circuit, which significantly improves cooling efficiency. For hinges, AAC showcased two inward-folding phone hinges that are thinner yet extremely durable, providing a reliable folding experience. They also support high-angle free suspension, allowing users to adjust viewing angles freely and enjoy a comfortable usage experience.


XR Innovations on Show, Redefining the Boundaries of Virtual and Real

AAC has showcased its latest advancements in XR display optics, including high-quality VR Pancake optical modules and a single-layer full-color diffractive optical waveguide developed in partnership with Dispelix.
