All Days Are The Same, Until They Aren't

All Days Are The Same, Until They Aren't

When we wake up, everyday is different.

Our feelings, our emotions, our thoughts are different.

But not too different. Just enough. Because there really is only 10% difference in our thoughts every day.

This gives us variety each day, just enough for it to feel different. Giving us different thoughts, emotions and experiences.

But also giving us enough of the same to where we aren’t thrown off each day.

A lot of our days look eerily similar to each other. This gives us some comfort.

We go to the same office (or place in our house). We drive the same car. We work on the same computer. Drink the same coffee. Eat the same food.

So much is the same.

But, if you want to change your life, or at least put it in a different direction, it’s just those few degrees. That slight adjustment that over a long enough period of time that things look completely different.

Now, some things like a house move, or a new job create a huge difference in a short period of time. Typically the build up takes a while. It’s a longer time duration. And then all of a sudden.

The good news is that you can create the life you want.

Bad news is that it isn’t going to happen overnight.

It’ll take time to then happen all of a sudden.

Which is pretty cool too.
