To all Coaches out there!

• What does the word Coach mean to you?

Perhaps it means growth, self-worth, teamwork, example, resilience, adaptability, professionalism, courage, uniqueness, active listening…?

• What does the word Coach mean to me? It means everything!?

It means Guide, Teacher, Mentor, Master on the subject of living and thriving, listening and understanding.?

It means, 'you can do it, because I have done it before, and I believe in you'.

It means light in moments of darkness and strength when the mountains seems farther and farther, rather than closer.

• What does your Coach teach you? (metaphorically speaking)
• What do you teach as a Coach? (knowing that we do not teach as coaches)

My Coach taught me from the start that if ‘I wanted something’, I had to earn it myself, always supported by him, yet on my own.

My Coach taught me that persistence is Key in pursuing your dreams. Goals become too small here.

My Coach shared by example that personal love is mandatory to conquer yourself...

• To conquer your fears
• To control + alt + delete your doubts
• To ‘good-bye’ your insecurities
• To forgive and let go of the past?
• To change the false concept, you have of yourself
• To climb the wall that is between success and failure?
• To overcome personal limitations
• To laugh at false beliefs
• To forget infinite misunderstood self-conversations
• To feel worthy of your true and loving-self
• To love and let love be your energy (*as Robbie Williams sings!)

My Coach also taught me that the beauty on the outside is a reflection of what is seeking expression within... and... we are all so beautiful!

My Coach taught me that want is indeed, the only prerequisite!

My Coach taught me to follow my feelings.

My Coach taught me that when it gets hard is when real growth happens.

My Coach taught me that to become tough you have to keep going, never giving up.

My Coach taught me that quitting is not, it is never an option.

My Coach taught me that winners win because they fall and stand up, and they might fall a million times but they always raise, they never give up!

My Coach taught me that we are all the same, we are seeking ‘something’ greater than what we see, inside out.

My Coach taught me that passion, a driven desire, is all that is required.

My Coach taught me that beauty comes from within and it can always be felt outside, always.

My Coach taught me that faith is greater and more courageous than fear.

My Coach taught me that we cannot hide our inner light for a life time.

My Coach taught me that the dream is always closer than it appears, much closer.

By the way, this man and my Extraordinary Coach, taught me all of this without teaching me anything, only by believing in me, that I could make my dreams come true.

Believe in your dreams, they will manifest one day if you believe in yourself and your dreams, with your heart.

My Coach said, Helena, never give up, never settle for ‘just’, never quit, keep growing, keep thriving, keep evolving and flow with life…
