Firstly, the veneer thickness of the YITAI plywood is 1.5mm while others are 1.7-2.2mm. The total layers with face of 18mm YITAI plywood is 15 and others only 13. As wood is very sensitive to the humidity and temperature, YITAI plywood need to be kept in stock to observe and test the size twice during the production process. Then evenness of the plywood can be ensured.?

What’s more , YITAI adopts C grade face wood while others is E grades. If a lot of scars on the surface, the plywood maybe burnt during laser cutting just as below photo.

The quality of the glue is also very important. If the glue is not sticky enough, the plywood is likely to delaminate. YITAI plywood adopts E1 environmental grade glue to make sure the tightly lamilated layers.?
