Hi, all,

This week has been... emotional.??

I have had to make some tough decisions over the last few weeks or so and I had a mini meltdown on Monday. I cried.? A lot.? I haven't cried for a long time but I needed to.? I realised I hadn't been giving myself the love and care I'd been giving others.? Big changes are on the way and it felt like I was releasing the last of my past hurts.?

I'm very lucky that I have some exceptionally good friends and I'm grateful to them for being there for me.? Thank you!

Healing Through Creative Writing Group

This is one of the changes which is happening.? November's session will be the last one.? I'm truly grateful to everyone who has attended in the past and I hope each and every one of you has enjoyed the experience.? I'm still here if you need me.?

Radio Show?
