Real offers a super competitive 85/15 split with a low annual cap, once you are capped you enjoy 100% of your commission until your anniversary date. (With just a small one-time sign up fee , and an annual brokerage fee of $500 that is deducted in two installments of $250 from the first two transactions at Real.)

Best of all, you don’t pay any monthly fees, no E&O fees, no franchise fees, no desk fees, no broker review fees. And NO transaction fees until you are capped!

Once you cap, there is a minimal flat transaction fee per file.
