ALL ABOUT BOB - REALTOR AND ENTREPRENEUR

I'm a Managing Broker and Realtor with eXp Realty - agent #175 (out of 38,000 and counting) since December 2010. Check out EXPI on the NASDAQ. I'm a Bellevue, Washington resident since 2002 and Eastside resident since childhood in the late 60's. I'm working on 35+ years of marriage to my wife, Elizabeth Kelly (Wang Jen-Yee). I came from Kansas, she came from Taiwan, and we met in the middle in the Seattle area during high school, marrying later after college. We waited 8 years and had twins in 1994 and had a surprise baby boy in 2003. One of the twins works at Bellevue College, another teaches English in China, and the baby will study art and computer animation at DigiPen Institute of Technology in 2021.

ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY

My real estate activities led to an acquaintance with prolific inventor, Timothy Wetzel based in Las Vegas. Together we are commercializing and building businesses around his inventions in renewable fuel, water purification, and health products. More world-changing inventions are no doubt bubbling in his head right at this moment.

• WORLD RENEWABLE FUELS has developed a mini-refinery machine that can take a non-heterogeneous mix of waste oils, crude oil, animals fats, or seed oils and produce low-sulfur (< 10ppm), low-polluting renewable diesel fuel. The result is ASTM D975 compatible and fully blendable with petroleum-based diesel. The machine can also be used to clean feedstocks for biodiesel manufacturers to improve yield and remove impurities.
• The WATER BEETLE is our commercial water recycler. This machine can clean the dirtiest water from warehouse floor cleaning and other situations. The machine hanldes water contaminated with soaps, waxes, and oils - contaminants that defeat typical filtration systems. Applications have been identified in many industries: construction, live seafood storage and transportation, cleaning at warehouses and airports, and more.
• THE 1 VIRUS BUSTER is a small pouch a person wears to neutralize airborne pathogens and allergens within a three foot radius. Each pouch lasts for one month. This is a registered Class 1 medical device with the FDA. Lab results show it is 98% effective against a target pathogen.

There's a not very obvious common thread among these inventions - renewable fuel, water recycling, and virus protection - which is advanced filtration and insights into the chemistry of neutralizing impurities. These are techniques usually found in the pharmaceutical and beverage industries, but that have been adapted to new uses. All products are patent-pending and commercialized.
