The opportunity is to work for an extremely entrepreneurial organisation who are head officed in Dubai. Built from scratch just over 25 years ago and still privately owned, the business now employs over 12,000 people and has a turnover in the $USD Billions. They have built their successes rapidly and profitably, mainly by entering into joint venture partnerships with globally recognised brands and distributing product across the UAE, India and Africa.
Already got your Sunglasses perched on your forehead, your T-Spoon soundtrack on repeat and socks and sandals carefully packed away in the suitcase? Here is what we are looking for:
- Firstly, we need a man manager who is comfortable with a lot of travel - you will be heading up a team of Account Managers across the MENA & India region and will need to have regular contact with them.
- Secondly, an understanding of Electrical products would be highly advantageous (brands are based around heating, air quality, security and home appliances).
- Thirdly, you will need to have an astute understanding of what is required to build a strong and loyal customer base of Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers - as well as how to create demand for a product through Consultants and Contractors.
In return for your services, (and aside from the weather) you will be offered an excellent remuneration and package that includes housing, relocations and flights to ensure a smooth transition - the company wants good people, and they want them to stay and be a part of the journey!
