ALL THE TWOS! 2022

2022 …. Is all about alignment, you are in the right place at the right time, it's time to appreciate that things change and that you are in control, you are the master of your destiny…

In numerology the number 2 is significant, it brings balance and equilibrium. The vibration of the number 2 is unity and coming together, representing partnerships, collaboration, linked concepts and ideas, time to evaluate what you really want, not what you hold on to fear or worry of losing control, everything you want is waiting for you.

Linking spirituality to business is a strange one for a lot of people, but for those of us trying to find a path that aligns with our values can mean holding back until we feel it's the right time, and that is wholly ok! If you are feeling out of sync it's probably because you are holding onto something that really isn't for you. When I decided to liquidate my company back in 2016 it wasn't an easy decision, the anxiety of all the issues raised where overwhelming, it’s not easy to deal with all the problems that this brings, financial, physical, and mental that come into play, one thing I did know that fighting it wasn't the way forward and that at some point I knew I would find a new path, it's with this courage, a blend of hindsight and experience that led me to develop the key pillars that are The Success Principles.

Helping people that are stuck, feeling compressed into a round-robin of continued self-sabotage which will affect business and home life, helping them to be free to develop themselves and their business in their own way, not following or copying others, giving them the freedom to just be experts in their given niche and not conform to others opinions.

This ‘freedom’ comes with strength and an empowered mindset, but also brings the need for change and adopting new processes and thought patterns, which can bring stress and uncertainty. Being bold and having the courage of your convictions is paramount to success, however, there is room for adapting systems within collaboration and appropriate alliances that can add value. Through networking and research you can decide where to position yourself and your business for those collaborations to flourish, accepting that you are in the right place and that things are aligning for you, most people call this gut instinct and it does have a valid place in business, it's learning to listen and interpret it that can be odd.

Amongst the key pillars of The Success Principles I help you establish your mindset around change and the evaluation of your current circumstances and of where you wish to be, what your goals are, and how to reach them by engaging your passion and helping you find the avenues to excel and present your business in a way that is simple, effective and sustainable, aligning your passion with simple techniques to improve your business and life balance to avoid burnout and prevent problems, enabling change that is proactive to give you the upper hand, whatever that looks like for you.

Finding other professionals that can also help you to deliver your absolute perfect interpretation of your values and business, these collaborations are honest, transparent,? trustworthy, and supportive.

The system is simple, is easily administered, and can be used over and over to keep you on track.

There are so many ‘gurus’ out there, selling courses, webinars, programs and coaching packages that once over can leave you feeling WTF was that or eh, what next, how do I do that, how do I apply that to my business, what if, etc, etc, etc!

I do believe some have their place, but I have been left wanting, and that is not in my opinion what should happen. Combining 2 techniques, coaching, mentorship with practical support to you as an individual is the key, in The Success Principles to being there one to one for you as my client, using the energy of your vision and passion to engage your management skills and be proactive and constructive, giving an inspired approach to your businesses success.

We start with a retrospective evaluation, and move that forward removing what serves, and aligns and removes the wheat from the chaff. We then plan and create your blueprint, a roadmap if you like to help you achieve your goals, a simple format developed to engage your key strengths and skills. If this means rounding up and starting again so beit, you don’t need to worry, you are in charge and I am there to support you through this process from a place of encouragement and experience whatever you need. You are unique and you need selective and creative support, not a one size fits all!
