Alix Wheeler Coaching - Unconditionally You
This article is inspired by the #LinkedINExpert Sarah Clay . Her latest #MondayPost idea was to review a book that you've recently read. Sadly, these days, I rarely consume content in the form of a book. I tend to watch videos and listen to podcasts. So I decided to review one of those.
For full disclosure, I've met Alix Wheeler in person at one of Timea Kadar 's fabulous London Business Society meetings in the Home Grown Club near marble Arch in London. The same place that I've met Sarah.
You can tell from her pictures that Alix has a big smile and is very engaging. That also comes across in her podcast. It is also fair to say that Alix has a majority female audience and her content is aimed at that audience. As a man I have still gained valuable insights but I think a woman would get even more from Alix.
Some coaches can make things really complicated, particularly around mindset. I have found Alix's style to be very calming. She goes out of her way to simplify things so that everybody has a chance of taking action. Alix is French and therefore does have an accent. However, she speaks beautifully and very clearly in English and her accent only adds to the enjoyment of her content. I feel I can see her smile in my imagination as she speaks :-)
There are 47 episodes in Alix's podcast and I think she may have paused it for a while. I would strongly recommend going back to the first episode from April 2022 and listening to them in order. If anything inspires you take a look at her website and find more of her lovely content or sign up to her very inspirational email newsletter.
