Alignment Realignment of Digital/Human - II

II -

Continuation to the theme of previous article and with the purpose of disclosure 13th Global Peter Drucker Forum. Throughout their studies and more pronounced their developments of Digital Age, of AI, or Robotic Age.

At the end of the previous article I have presented DC/HC ratio that translates the impact of New Technologies on professional.

In a quantitative way, highlighting the advantages of DC in all areas of work and workplaces in organisations and institutions, as well as inherent advantages for professional.

To illustrate quantitatively and graphically the Aligned areas and the areas in which the Realignment is necessary for DC in relation to HC.

From the graph we can see that gray areas with values are the areas of better balance and maybe saying standard areas between DC and HC. Green′areas are areas that are progressively positive from the impact of DC on HC. Red′ areas show negative impact across the board. In these red areas Realignment is always required.?

Green′areas which become very positive of DC in relation to HC may sometimes require a Realignment.

With two demonstrations I propose below through the reading of two articles some highlights with positive areas and advantages of DC over HC.

1 - In the first article the advantages of DC are substantially and directly in the green areas. The impact goes beyond the gray areas and progressively green areas more and more positively.

We can verify in the scheme that presents the six advantages of digital decarbonization including all the components and parts of this one Ecosystem.

2 - In this second demonstration through the application of DC in the areas of Medicine, taking into account the receptivity and acceptance of patients and subsequently the decision-making of health professionals in global health systems. Maybe the impact of DC is in the gray areas of equilibrium going to green′areas and with constant Realignment if it moves into the red areas.

With the following two demonstrations I propose to show through two articles when there is adverse impact of DC on HC. In these cases the negativity comes from the DC with its failures and Bad-Adjustments.

For example with the same team of 20 professional when and because failures/mismatches of DC gives a low numerator. Low numerator makes a ratio falling in red areas coming negatively.

For example if the DC is ineffective and inefficient for the team of 20 professional and numerator is decreasing from 30 to 15 we have 15/20=0.75 that is considerably in the very red area.

Another situation that sould be debated is the matter of unemployemnet induce from the DC and other bad situations for HC.

If you have more 80 on DC and if this numerator is causing a reduction of HC for example to 10 then we have 80/10=8. With this 8 we have weakly entered in very green zone (good to DC) which will require once again a Realignment.

1 - From the first article we can read that on a psychological level DC brings negative disadvantages to human beings and professional.

Can lead to psychological and psychiatric illnesses.

2 - Another case also in the medical field, more specifically and punctually some technological′ application?within the concept of the AI age. In this specific case errors and failures were caused negative disadvantages for the patients and health professional.

Conclusion and in my opinion to the future the ratio always tends to grow and cover the gray areas of balance - walking progressively for the geen areas, proportionally for Alignments and for Realignments.
