Alignment

Alignment

Given the industry Christian Brothers Automotive works in, you would think that when we talk about alignment we are referring to the adjustment of a vehicle’s suspension. When everything is aligned, your car runs better and smoother because everything is in perfect balance.

When I think about alignment for a Christian Brothers franchise, I think about the true definition of the word, a position of agreement or alliance. This is something we all look for in a life partner, a friendship, and it is also something we look for in our franchisees.

As we begin to grow into Midwestern markets, I couldn’t help but think about the individuals I grew up admiring in my home town in Wisconsin and how much of their work ethic and positive attitudes are much like what we look to find in our franchisees.

According to an article in Thought Catalog, there are 7 common themes in the people of the Midwest.

1) Friendliness when you have nothing to Gain.

2) Listening, instead of waiting for their turn to talk.

3) Looking for the positive.

4) Trusting.

5) Working hard but not making work their life.

6) Helping anyone however you can when they need help.

7) Knowing how to be hospitable.

The "Midwest Nice" goes a long way. It has always been accompanied with hard work and friendly smiles. At each Christian Brothers Automotive, we look to do the same. With every breath, every guest, and every decision our CBA family looks to be neighborly, be joyful, be transparent, and be excellent. Treating every guest that comes into the shop as if they are family, looking for ways to help them with any problem, and loving them as Christ does.

We are excited to announce that our first store in Chicago has opened up in West Chicago, IL. Lockport, IL will be home to our second store in the area. The city is excited to have us. Now, we just need to find the right franchisee to plant their flag in the Lockport community. In addition to these locations, the Christian Brothers family is excited to continue to grow in the Chicagoland area.

Who do you know that is in alignment with Christian Brothers? Who has those Midwestern values that is looking to make a change? Maybe that person is you. Maybe that person is a friend or neighbor.

Call us today at (855) 910-9504 to discuss the opportunity. We would love to spend some time visiting and seeing if we are in alignment with you.
