Aligned to a Mission: Turning Hourly Jobs Into Good Jobs

In 2017, I jumped into the world of frontline work.

Why is the world of frontline work so interesting? Despite there being more than 2.7 billion frontline workers worldwide, they remain an under supported group.

Each day, for the last 7 years, I've been able to shed light on why we need to support our frontline, hourly, non-desk workers...

Support and innovation that helps frontline workers improve employees' financial well-being, the employee-employer relationship, and the quality of jobs offered. Zooming out to greater economic benefits, supporting frontline workers improves productivity, which can help with big issues like closing the supply-and-demand gap in the labor market.

I have long believed that businesses that serve all stakeholders (their employees, communities, shareholders, the planet, etc.) are positioned for long-term success. What does it mean to serve employees? Offering good jobs: jobs with fair pay, flexibility, security, and opportunity for growth.

Turning Hourly Jobs Into Good Jobs

In December, I had the opportunity to join the Legion Technologies team as a contracted worker, supporting the marketing team. I recently transitioned to a full-time employee on the same team as Director, Demand Generation.
