A major benefit of aligned leadership and decision making is order (through a plan). The opposite is chaos - which people dislike intensely. There is a concept in neuroscience called the Order/Creativity Paradox. Once you are in the steady rhythm of daily fulfilment, your creative imagination will not be constricted by chaotic clutter, misinformation, trivia and disordered days. Your creativity is boundless and you are free to think in new and different ways; to try new things and let the old ones go. This is the paradox ??
