Align your purpose with God's

Proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in the mind of a man,?but it is the purpose of the Lord that will stand.

We all have had ideas and plans that... well... let's just say they didn't go so well. When I look back at these plans that crashed and burned, I start to realize that many of (if not all) were laid to rest because they didn't honor God or follow His plan. Some were a result of my stubbornness, plodding forward but knowing in my heart (because of Holy Spirit warnings) that the situation was wrong. Then the fall came and lessons learned. And some I never was allowed to 'stick my neck into the noose' because God made it dead on arrival. I was disappointed at the time, but then looked back and realized that it was a blessing to not have gotten involved. We can push all we want, but in the end it's God's purpose that will prevail. When we align our purpose with His, great things happen for us and those around us. Align your purpose with God's and have a blessed day!
