Align Recognition Week Sept 16-20

It's recognition week here at Align! Why do we need a specific week just to say "Thank You"? Because we are a growing company, and we move fast. It can be easy to get caught up in the excitement of our every day lists of things to do. While we do a great job of celebrating our many accomplishments, taking that important moment to stop and reflect and recognize those that are around you is healthy and helpful to keep things moving in the right direction!

Talent Acquisition is a specialization within Human Resources. In my career, I've seen this partnership model positioned in a hundred different ways. I don't know that any one is right or wrong. I think it solely depends on the culture and workflow of the company. What I do know is that I'm very lucky here at Align to have such passionate, and supportive HR partners that surround the Global TA team every day. On top of their own day jobs, they spend countless hours focusing on removing obstacles for us, influencing business leaders, giving us the clarity of the plans and most importantly celebrating our wins together. It is clear that we are all aligned around a vision, purpose and mission as "One HR" team. It's not always easy when you have complexity and scale like we do, but at the end of the day we are all in this together!

So I wanted to take a moment and recognize my amazing HR partners around the globe. Without you by my side, we would not be the same. Claudia, Shani, Jessie, Jaime, Julie, Daniel, & Lynn, thank you for being there for us and thank you personally from my heart for making it easy to love what I do.
