I wanted to take a different route today and share something personal with you...
Wanted to talk a bit about my history and what got me to where I am today.?
(Just a heads up, this will be a bit longer than normal, because I really want to give you an inside look at how I got started.)
My company, AdOutreach, helps businesses leverage the power of YouTube Video ads to build a consistent pipeline of leads and sales.?
To date we’ve helped hundreds of businesses generate tens of millions of dollars in revenue with our unique “Done with you” program I’ve developed after being on YouTube for 12 years.
AdOutreach’s Core Mission Statement is this: “We are Committed to Empowering Every Entrepreneur & Business Owner to Share their Unique Talents, Ideas & Solutions with the World by Reaching their Ideal Clients through Value-Driven Video Marketing.”
Way before AdOutreach was born, I’ve been fascinated with video marketing. Back in 2009 at the age of 12, I created my first business, AppFind, which was a YouTube channel that reviewed mobile apps & created technology tutorials.?
(In fact, when I started, I launched everything with just an iPod Touch and a Sony Camcorder, lol.)
After years of diligently creating high-quality videos, my channel began to take off...bringing in hundreds of thousands of subscribers and becoming one of the biggest app reviewers on YouTube.
And because of this insane growth, I was approached by hundreds of mobile app development companies who wanted me to promote their apps to my exploding audience.?
???????? ???????????????? ???????????? ?????????? ?????????? ???????? ???? ?????? ?????????????? ???????????? ???? ???????????? ????????????????????.?
Now before I continue the rest, at the expense of this sounding like I’m some guy who was “meant to be rich” I want you to know that’s far from the case.?
If you’re like me, I came from a humble, middle-class background. I wasn’t born into wealth or anything of the sort.?
In fact, the only “special” thing I had were my parents who instilled a strong sense of motivation and work ethic in me. They told me I could move mountains if I worked hard enough.
(When I was young, I self-funded lemonade stands, learned the power of revenue vs profit, and diligently saved until I could finally buy a Sony Camcorder and iPod touch lol).
Fast forward to college in 2015, my business AppFind had exploded. Because of my work in growing the channel, revenue grew to the tune of $120,000/yr, which I used to pay for tuition at UMass Amherst Isenberg School of Management.?
Now by this point, I had started to experiment with YouTube ads for my channel, but then one day a developer reached out to me to promote an app of theirs…?
And that’s when everything changed.?
Initially, I just promoted their app on my page, which brought them thousands of downloads, but they wanted to know if there was anything I could do to bring in more traction.?
What I offered to do for them instead was promote their app with YouTube ads to really turn on the gas.?
Because it was so new at the time, they weren’t sure but reluctantly agreed...giving me $500 to run a video I produced for them.?
?????? ?????? ????????????? ???????? ?????????????? ???? ?? ???????????????? ????,?????? ?????????????????? ???? ?????? ???????? ?? ????????!?
In fact they were so impressed they offered me a lucrative six-figure salary & stock options to drop out of college to work and work for them in Silicon Valley.?
But like most entrepreneurs out there, I want to be the king of my OWN castle, not a knight in someone else's… so I rejected the offer.?
Instead, I took the funds from AppFind and created a company called AppOutreach, where I could promote apps via YouTube ads.?
I leveraged my network of app developers to land dozens of clients, generating millions of app downloads… but I knew there was more I could offer the world outside of marketing mobile apps.
The next evolution of my business came my sophomore year of college in 2016 when I attended the HubSpot Inbound Conference in Boston.?
As the President of the Umass Entrepreneurship Club I organized a trip there in order to expand my view of the marketing world...and that’s exactly what I experienced.?
I soon became familiar with the idea of inbound marketing and ran into a booth promoting click funnels.?
That’s when I realized that instead of just marketing mobile apps, I could market business to help them secure high ticket deals!?

So with some consultants I hired from the event, and the seed money from AppFind… AdOutreach was born ??
Initially, it started as a YouTube agency where I ran the ads for the companies personally. While the results were stellar, I ran into a couple of snags.?
So I came up with a solution which serves as my flagship program today: ?????????????? ?????? ????????????????.?
It’s a 10-week program where we help our clients implement YouTube ads into their business with a combination of training videos and hands on help.
The process begins with a script writing call with one of our expert copywriters who crafts a winning YouTube Ads script following my unique formula.?
From there my clients follow a series of videos that shows them how to produce their ad and set up their platform.?
Once it’s done, me and my team work hands on to identify exactly who to target and when, so we can reach your ideal clients at the right time, with the right message.?
(We leave no stone unturned here.)
Once we get those dialed in and the campaign is launched, we walk with our clients every step to ensure their business scales profitably.?
(If you’d like to talk with us about getting your business set up with YT ads, we’d love to chat. Grab some time with one of my advisors here).
Because we’ve developed a reputation for helping businesses scale with YouTube ads, AdOutreach has scaled as well.
In 2017 AdOutreach brought in just over $100,000 in Revenue.
In 2018, we brought in $384,000.
In 2019 we did over $1,250,000…
In 2020, we reached an 8 figure annual run rate…
???????? ???????? ???? ?????????????? ???????? ?? ?????????????? ?????? ??????????.
Naturally, there’s no way I could have done this alone.
Because of our commitment to client success, we now have:?
Over 30 team members
These incredibly bright, hardworking individuals are the ???????? ???????????? I’ve been able to grow to where I am today.?
None of this exists without them and I thank the heavens everyday for they do for our clients.?
Video is my passion.?
From a 12 year old boy with a Sony Camcorder in 2009 to a multi-million dollar YouTube Ads business today, I get to use my passion everyday to help entrepreneurs around the world.
I get to provide high-paying jobs to 30+ incredible people and watch the lives of my clients change in an instant.?
I truly am blessed beyond measure to be here.?
My goal is to continue to impact the lives of entrepreneurs around the world through the power of video advertising. This is what drives me to do what I do every day.?
So I wanted to wrap by restating the mission of AdOutreach:?
“We are Committed to Empowering Every Entrepreneur & Business Owner to Share their Unique Talents, Ideas & Solutions with the World by Reaching their Ideal Clients through Value-Driven Video Marketing.”
