Alcumus launches a 'Giving day' to give back to causes our employees are passionate about

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is becoming more and more important in how we do business in the modern world, and the way a company treats its community often says a lot about how a company treats its employees.

Companies that demonstrate their commitment to CSR initiatives are recognising their ability to really make a difference. From charitable donations and employee volunteering to implementing environmentally safe processes, we all have the opportunity to improve the communities around us.

In 2019, Alcumus got rid of single use plastic in our canteen facilities, took part in 'keep Britain tidy' with litter-picking walks, supported the Armed Forces Covenant, ran fundraising events and donated to numerous good causes.

In 2020, we want to do more.

In addition to all the great initiatives we are already proud of here at Alcumus, we have also committed to giving every employee an extra day holiday (giving day) to give back to causes that they are passionate about!
