Alcoa Wheels meet truck fleets in Puglia

Last week I attended an event organized in Puglia by Goodyear Dunlop Tires Italia S.p.a.

In collaboration with the local tire dealer, “MD Distribuzioni”, GDTI presented the new Dunlop tire range for trucks.

Alcoa Wheels has been sent, and we have supplied all Dura-Bright? Alcoa Wheels on which the new tires have been fitted.

The idea of “MD Distribuzioni” for the success of the event was to exploit the highly competitive spirit of truck drivers, offering them the chance to compete with karts in total safety in an international kart track.

During the event, apart from a some fun moments, there were three different technical presentations, two by Goodyear technicians who illustrated their TPMS sistem, presented by Stefano Sgambati, 

and one by me, in which I presented our range of Alcoa Wheels to the fleets present, with a special focus on related maintenance operations to keep their performance unchanged.

All the representatives of the fleets present at the event expressed great interest in the benefit of the Alcoa Wheels and in the maintenance procedures.
