Albert’s Acumen: The Fort of Virtue versus the Castle of Lies by Adnan Qaiser – Episode-3

What a humongous castle, Albert. Who lives here, by the way? Some king, perhaps!

No royalty, Master. Just a “wizard of lies.” She calls herself the Queen of Falsehood.

Ah, well. The queen must then be living a pretty secluded life, Albert. Isn’t it?

Not at all, Sire. The Queen of Deceit, actually, is very popular among people and has a great fan-following.

And from which walks of life the fans throng the wizard of treachery, Albert. I’m sure not the elites.

You are mistaken, Master. In reality, the nobility remains the sorcerer’s ardent disciples. However, there is no dearth of devotees from the lower social classes too, as they all wish to master the art of prevarication.

It seems falsification has become a new norm in the society, Albert. How can we change that trend?

You can transform the rat-race by building an edifice of virtue and truth, equal in size, or bigger, Master.

But it would be quite an uphill task, Albert. Constructing, such a mammoth fort of righteousness need fortitude and a lot of money.

Not really, Sir. All you have to do is to fill its foundation with forged steel of integrity and concrete it with moral propriety. And people of probity would join you hand-in-hand to build a castle of honor and uprightness, brick by brick.

Do you think it could challenge the deviousness of the viscious wizard, Albert?

I am confident about it, Master. Please remember, a lie never has any feet to stand. It attains larger than life persona just by making itself believable and admired by the innocent masses. However, the moment people begin to distinguish between virtue and turpitude, they will shun evil and vice to move into the new edifice of character and principles, because after all the strength of truth remains carved in stone and cast in concrete.

Very well, Albert. Let’s start building a structure of moral propriety to challenge the wicked wizard.

Right away, Master. I think we are already late in challenging the mushrooming of deceit, dishonesty and perversion in the society. I am sure people will remember you for your castle of integrity and truthfulness for generations to come.

Thank you, Albert. Be quick, and get going with the work.

Immediately, Master. At your beck and call.
