Alberta Budget Unlikely to Tilt Election Race

Alberta's budget for the 2023/24 fiscal year did not make much of a difference when it comes to the upcoming election. A post-budget INNOVATIVE poll finds the government's core supporters were satisfied with the budget, while opponents were not. The key issue lies with the ambivalent voters, who make up almost a quarter of the electorate. Most of these voters simply didn’t pay attention. Those ambivalent voters who did pay attention to the budget ended up with mixed views.
