Alango Technologies at CES 2018
I would like to wish a Happy New Year and to invite everyone reading this post to visit our booth at CES 2018. The official invitation with the booth directions and the list of technologies we are planning to demonstrate can be found by clicking the picture below.
We’ve been working hard to prepare our demos for the show. We’ve completed perfecting our latest Smart TV linear microphone array demo just yesterday, on the day we needed to pack our stuff. You can see its preview here
The CES show floor is not exactly a living room, but we hope it will work there as efficient as in our office. Please, come and check it with us.
We will also be showing a new technology for sound reinforcement. It was primarily designed for In Car Communication (ICC), but can be used for conferencing, karaoke and other type of application. No video yet, but we are planning to make it shortly.
This year we are also starting a new direction with marketing and selling our own line of concept products that we named Wear&Hear (www.wearandhear.com). These products should address the needs of more than one billion people worldwide with hearing loss who, for some reason, do not use hearing aids. At CES it will be presented by BeHear?, a stylish Hearable integrating ambient hearing enhancement. BeHear looks and works as an advanced Bluetooth stereo headset and its sound (in all modes) is fully customizable according to user’s hearing preferences. The first 300 units have already been manufactured and now waiting for their backers. We are still perfecting the software based on the feedbacks we are getting from our beta testers. We will also refine BeHear based on feedback from the first 300 backers. They will be able to upgrade the devices wirelessly and effortlessly.
