My third daughter Fathima, was just born when we moved into a rented house in RT Nagar around eleven years back. After staying there for a couple of years, we moved to South Bangalore in order to stay close with the first Halal Housing project we started then. Since that time, RT Nagar is unforgettable for me, thanks to the kinda lavish life it offers. At that time, we did not have a slightest clue that one day we will be launching our own project in RT Nagar and that too under the Halal Housing Scheme.

Al-Haq Enclave - Payment and Pricing

You can check the pricing of apartments in the area where this project is going to come up. Our pricing is at least 27%. This is possible only through Halal Housing as we stay away from interest based Bank loans. Our customers are our investors and they get the entire benefit of this innovative model.

  • Cost of a 2-BHK unit in just a prime location is just Rs.37.50/- lakhs all Inclusive.
  • One covered car parking Rs.1.75/- lakhs and received as booking amount.
  • Road Facing Premium unit to cost Rs.1.50/- lakhs extra.
  • 40% initial payment and balance in 24 months as interest free EMI.
  • Worth of undivided share (180 sq. ft.) is Rs.22.50/- lakhs @Rs.12,500/- per sq. ft.
  • Promoters' Club members get 1% (Rs.37,500/-) as incentive.

The booking amount of Rs.1.75/- lakhs has to be made into the account Roushan Constructions in one shot.   1. This will be a joint development project and the land belongs to two well educated sisters - one is a professor and another is a government officer.
  2. BBMP A-katha property with crystal clear titles and total measuring 1800 sq ft with roads on both front and back (utility road). 30X60 dimension. The flats will get BBMP B-Katha.
  3. As on date, we have entered into a MoU with the landowners and will be entering into a registered Joint?Development Agreement and General Power of Attorney early next week, God Willing.
