Ajmera Realty Achieves Stellar Growth: Sales Jump 36% in Q1 FY25

Key Highlights for Q1 FY25:

• Sales Area: 1,30,801 sq. ft
• Sales Value: INR 306 crores (up 36% YoY)
• Collections: INR 165 crores (up 49% YoY)
• Successful launch of Ajmera Vihara at Bhandup, with 27% of inventory sold

The company witnessed a strong 36% YoY surge in sales value, reaching INR 306 crores compared to INR 225 crores in Q1 FY24. This growth was primarily driven by the successful launch of Ajmera Vihara at Bhandup and continued sales momentum in other projects.

Ajmera Greenfinity AB maintained its impressive performance, with 38% of inventory sold in less than two quarters since its launch. Other projects, including Ajmera Manhattan and Ajmera Prive, also contributed significantly to the overall growth.

Mr. Dhaval Ajmera, Director of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd, commented on the company's performance: "In Q1 FY25, Ajmera Realty maintained robust growth of 36%, buoyed by the successful launch of Ajmera Vihara at Bhandup, alongside strong performances from Ajmera Greenfinity AB, Ajmera Manhattan and Ajmera Prive projects."

Looking ahead, Ajmera Realty remains optimistic about its substantial pipeline of 7 new projects, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of about INR 4,300 crores.
