?In the previous article we proposed an interesting story: in 1950 most people working in computer science were women, but this trend started to go into reverse in the 1984 with the advent of personal computers. If such disparity was visible in computer science roles, the gap became much higher when looking at AI related jobs.?
However, good news seem to be coming: according to the “Global Gender Gap Report 2023”, “the percentage of women working in AI today is approximately 30%, roughly 4 percentage points higher than it was in 2016”.
