Airport Issue Tracker App

Developed a app with #microsoftpowerplatform, where users can easily submit their complaints, which are then automatically assigned to the appropriate personnel based on the nature of the issue. This ensures that complaints are handled by individuals with the relevant expertise and experience, leading to faster resolution times and greater customer satisfaction.

Below I will show the step-by-step procedure of how I created the app.

  1. Created a SharePoint List named "Airport Issue Tracker" to store database.

Created columns named issue, issue description, priority, status, date reported, image to store the database.

The below screenshot represents a SharePoint List.

2. After successfully creating the List I used Microsoft Power Apps to create a canvas App.

Took 4 screens to develop a App.

On first screen I took 3 buttons named as follows:

  • Log issue - To Log an complaint of Airport issue.
  • Assign issue - To Assign a expertise to issue.
  • Resolve Issue - To check status of issue whether it is resolved or not.

Log issue button prompts to 2nd screen and opens a new form where we can complaint of what issue is. Here I used Properties such as Navigate to screen 2 and new form.

In addition to form to register complaint manually I also took a Barcode Scanner button where user can Scan the Area and complaint.

Assign issue button prompts 3rd screen where you can see all the issues assigned. You can click on each issue and you will see form with priority and status details.

Resolve issue button Prompts to screen 4 where you can see the status of your issues for example name of a person to whom issue is assigned and status whether issue is resolved or under process.

The Airport Issue Tracker App is a powerful tool for managing airport complaints and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. This App can track complaints and helps user to solve problems as early as possible.
