7 个月Do I have to pay an electronic interchange fee which is non-refundable to access this? At the end of the day there are many legit complaints on the part of consumers and many truly stupid junk fee's. Companies in all industries can simply do better. Regulation tends to happen when people just feel like they are taken advantage of and had enough. There's a balance that goes both ways. Seems a bit like tilting at windmills
