Airbus Next Step in Critical Communications through Critical App Challenge

The critical communications industry is currently changing with light speed and Airbus Defence and Space SLC recognised this critical change already long time ago.

During the Airbus Critical App Challenge, that took place in Munich on 3 and 4 February, the company invited 8 young app developer teams to create a critical app that can be used on the Tactilon Dabat smart radio .... within 48 hours! While some developers were ready developing the app in time, some others barely met the deadline.

During the upcoming Critical Communications World exhibition in Berlin, you wil be able to view the apps at the booth of Airbus, where the 3 best developer teams will showcase what they have developed during these two long days.

The result of that challenge, a first drop test with the Tactilon Dabat as well as a 'water test' can can be seen in my latest Vlog.
