The result of major R&D investments, and with the inclusion of a team of highly specialized resources in robotics and software, Neptun introduces the use of automatic systems not only for the mere handling of the slabs but applies robotics to create real processing machines, working in high-speed automated cells, with significant benefits in terms of flexibility, performance and quality of finish, the Bravo series was born.

BRAVOLOAD by Neptun is the most automatic and flexible anthropomorphic system on the market for loading, unloading, handling and roto-translation of flat glass. Bravoload can be used in combination with any type of machine to automate the production cycle with immediate benefits in terms of productivity, cost and safety.

With Bravoload no programming is required, after installing the work cell, the operator just has to start it. The size and thickness of the glass are automatically recognized, so the system activates only the suction cups actually needed.

BRAVOLOAD autonomously manages the machine loading / unloading with a cycle time of up to 13 pieces per minute and optimizes the handling speed based on the maximum working speed of the machine that the robot is serving.
